Know what you\u2019re authorising.<\/h1>

This information applies to an approved, one-time membership payment to Repair True using Bacs Direct Debit through Stripe Checkout.<\/p><\/div><\/section>\n

One payment only<\/h2>

The Bacs instruction on Stripe Checkout is for the single membership amount shown before you confirm. The membership is a fixed 12-month term and does not renew automatically. We do not use this instruction for future membership renewals.<\/p>\n

Stripe hosts the bank form<\/h2>

Stripe collects and processes the bank account and mandate details on its hosted checkout page. This WordPress website does not request or store bank account or sort-code details. Review the mandate, collection timing and Direct Debit Guarantee information presented by Stripe and your bank before you authorise the debit.<\/p>\n

Settlement is not immediate<\/h2>

A Bacs debit can remain pending for several business days. Returning from Checkout or seeing an instruction accepted does not mean that the payment has settled. We treat the membership payment as confirmed only after Stripe notifies us that it has succeeded. Please do not submit a second payment while the first is pending.<\/p>\n

Questions or cancellation<\/h2>

For a payment or mandate question, email info@repairtrue.info<\/a>. To cancel the membership during the 14-day cooling-off period, follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/a>. If you believe an unauthorised debit has been collected, contact your bank promptly and contact us with your payment details (do not send bank credentials by email).<\/p>\n
