The contract date appears in your written confirmation. Membership services do not begin during this period.<\/p>\n              <p>If you cancel within it, we refund the full membership payment without a cancellation charge. The refund is made without undue delay and within 14 days after we are told of your cancellation, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.<\/p>\n\n              <h2>Tell us that you wish to cancel<\/h2>\n              <p>Email <a href=\"mailto:info@repairtrue.info\">info@repairtrue.info<\/a> or write to Repair True, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Make a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include your name, service address and membership or payment reference if available so we can identify the contract. Keep a copy of your notice; we will acknowledge it in writing.<\/p>\n\n              <h2>If your Bacs debit is still pending<\/h2>\n              <p>Send your cancellation notice within the cooling-off period even if the debit has not yet settled. Do not wait for the payment status to change and do not submit another payment. We will check whether collection can be stopped or a refund needs to be arranged, and explain the status to you. A pending debit does not remove your cancellation or refund rights.<\/p>\n              <p>Cancelling a bank instruction alone does not tell us that you wish to cancel the membership, so please contact us as well. For an unexpected or disputed debit, contact your bank promptly and tell us your payment reference. Later cancellation and refund arrangements are those supplied and agreed before your order, alongside your statutory rights. We do not advertise an automatic unused-days refund or a particular later refund formula.<\/p>\n              <p>The membership ends on its agreed end date without automatic renewal, so you do not need to cancel to prevent a renewal debit. A separately accepted repair has its own terms; tell us if your request also concerns a repair order.<\/p>\n              <p>Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights or your remedies if services have not been supplied as agreed.<\/p>\n\n            \n            <p class=\"rtp-pay-note\">Keep this information with your written offer.
