Send your service postcode, appliance type, make, model, approximate age and condition. Let us know about existing faults, access restrictions or installation issues.<\/p><\/div><\/article>

Review the written offer<\/h2>

Repair True confirms eligibility and availability. Your offer should identify the contracting trader and record the appliances, exact services, limits, price, applicable tax information, cancellation arrangements and contract dates.<\/p><\/div><\/article>

Authorise one payment<\/h2>

If you accept the complete offer, use the secure payment page for the agreed amount. You enter bank details and authorise Bacs on Stripe Checkout. We do not collect full bank details on this website.<\/p><\/div><\/article>

04<\/span>

Allow for confirmation and cooling off<\/h2>

Bacs is not instant. A submitted instruction or return from Checkout is not proof of payment. Services begin after payment confirmation, the 14-day cooling-off period and the agreed start date.<\/p><\/div><\/article>

Continue on clearly agreed terms<\/h2>

Use the contact details in your confirmation to discuss maintenance. Any additional repair is separately quoted for your approval. Your membership ends on the agreed end date without automatic renewal.<\/p><\/div><\/article><\/div>
