What does a membership include?+<\/span><\/summary>

Your written offer sets out the maintenance services, registered appliances, any visit limits and appointment conditions. We confirm those details before you pay. The number of appliances varies by plan; the fee does not include parts, materials or repair labour.<\/p><\/details>

Is this insurance or a warranty?+<\/span><\/summary>

No. Repair True offers appliance maintenance membership. It is not insurance, an extended warranty or a replacement scheme, and does not guarantee an appliance will remain fault-free.<\/p><\/details>

Will the membership renew automatically?+<\/span><\/summary>

No. Your membership runs for one agreed 12-month term. It ends on the date in your confirmation, without an automatic renewal debit. Another term needs a new agreement and payment.<\/p><\/details>

Can I join if my appliance already has a fault?+<\/span><\/summary>

Tell us about any existing fault when you enquire. Appliance condition, type, age, location and access need to be reviewed before an offer is made. A membership is not an emergency repair booking.<\/p><\/details>

When do services begin?+<\/span><\/summary>

Your written confirmation records the contract, service start and end dates. Services begin only after the 14-day cooling-off period, payment confirmation and the agreed service start date.<\/p><\/details>

Do you provide service in my area?+<\/span><\/summary>

Please send your service postcode with your enquiry. Availability is confirmed individually before payment. Our London correspondence address is not a promise of nationwide or London-wide attendance.<\/p><\/details>

How do I make the payment?+<\/span><\/summary>

Once your complete written offer and eligibility are confirmed, use our payment page and authorise one Bacs Direct Debit on Stripe Checkout. Bank details are entered on Stripe, not on the Repair True website. Bacs confirmation can take several business days.<\/p><\/details>

What if I need to cancel?+<\/span><\/summary>

You can cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period without giving a reason. Contact us even if your Bacs payment is still pending. Read the Cancellation and Refund Policy for the process and your rights.<\/p><\/details><\/div>
