REPAIR TRUE MEMBERSHIP
Membership Terms
Read these terms alongside the complete written maintenance offer sent to you before payment.
Who you are buying from
Repair True is the business name used for this payment service. Before you pay, your written offer must identify the contracting trader by its full legal name and provide its contact details. If this information is missing or unclear, contact us before proceeding.
Email info@repairtrue.info. Correspondence address: Repair True, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. This address does not establish the area in which services are available.
A fixed term and a fixed price
The maintenance membership lasts 12 months. The total one-time prices are £95 for one appliance, £120 for two appliances, or £160 for three appliances, paid in GBP. Select only the plan confirmed in your written offer. The membership ends on its agreed end date and does not renew automatically. A further term needs a new agreement and payment.
What must be agreed before payment
Your written offer must confirm the accepted appliances and service address, eligibility, the exact maintenance services and limits, any appointment conditions, the total price and applicable tax information, how the contract is accepted, and its start and end dates. Keep a copy and ask us to correct any errors before paying.
The included visits, support and other maintenance services are those stated in that offer. This payment page does not promise unlimited call-outs, emergency attendance or a particular response time. Tell us about known faults, installation issues or access restrictions so these can be considered before an offer is made.
Maintenance and separate repairs
This is a maintenance service, not insurance, an extended warranty or an appliance replacement scheme. Parts, materials and repair labour are separate from the membership fee. Buying a membership does not authorise additional chargeable work or guarantee that an appliance will remain fault-free.
Any separately offered repair must have its own agreed scope, price and terms before work proceeds. You may accept or decline that proposal.
One Bacs Direct Debit through Stripe
The secure payment page opens Stripe Checkout for the agreed one-time amount. Enter your bank details and authorise the debit on Stripe. We do not use this instruction to collect automatic renewal payments.
Bacs settlement is not immediate. Returning from Checkout or receiving an instruction acknowledgement does not confirm that payment has succeeded. If a payment is pending or its status is unclear, contact us before trying again. Read the Bacs Direct Debit information.
Cooling off and service dates
You may cancel without giving a reason until the end of 14 days after the day the service contract is made. Your written confirmation records that contract date. Membership services do not start during this period and begin only after payment confirmation and the agreed service start date.
A cancellation within the cooling-off period receives a full membership refund without a cancellation fee. The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how to cancel and what happens to a pending payment.
Any later cancellation arrangements must be stated in the terms supplied before your order. There is no advertised automatic unused-days refund. Your statutory remedies remain available if services are not supplied as agreed.
Questions and consumer rights
Contact info@repairtrue.info with your membership or payment reference if you have a question or complaint. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
