The contracting trader's full identity must be supplied in your written offer before payment.
Information you provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, service postcode, enquiry topic, optional plan and message. Include only information relevant to your enquiry. Do not send bank account details, card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and storage
We use these details to respond to your request, assess service availability and take steps you request before a contract, or to help administer an existing service. Submissions are stored as private records on this WordPress website and are accessible only to site administrators. A notification is attempted to the business email address. Email delivery is not guaranteed; the website record is retained if delivery fails.
The form uses a nonce and a temporary hashed-IP counter to limit misuse. Hosting providers may process technical logs for delivery and security. Protecting the website and handling enquiries are legitimate business interests. An enquiry is not a marketing subscription, and this form does not add you to a marketing list.

Retention and requests
